This hour-long weekly program on college sports is the latest addition to the BHP portfolio. College Sports Weekly follows the same successful format and concept used earlier in the seasonal hour-long program, Talking College Baseball. Now college football and basketball are expanding CSW's appeal to 52-week continuing coverage. And the program also explores headlines from major sports that are out of season as well.

College Sports Weekly airs in seven segments, beginning with a sportscast segment covering key college sports stories. This opening segment sets the pace and features a heavy use of sound bytes and play-by-play highlights. It also previews upcoming games and other significant stories.

The team of producers and contributors responsible for the success of Talking College Baseball remains mostly intact for College Sports Weekly. Keith Hoehne serves as Executive Producer for the series and provides a vital contribution in the areas of segment production and development.

Samuel “Bo” Carter continues as the Coordinating Producer. Carter, who served as Sports Information Director for both the Southwest Conference and the Big 12, is universally respected for his media savvy in college athletic circles. Gene Delisio returns as the program's Small College Editor and covers this unique beat. Based at WDLB Radio in Marshfield, Wisconsin, Gene has been an integral part of a radio staff that has helped earn WDLB Wisconsin Station of the Year honors from the Wisconsin Broadcasters Association. He has also been awarded for his excellence in day-to-day sports coverage.

New to the program is Rex Lardner, former head of CBS Sports and Turner Sports. Rex is widely regarded as a leading authority on sports broadcasting and its institutional impact. Now the Managing Editor for L.C. Clark Publishing in North Palm Beach, Florida, Rex takes listeners inside college athletics and the media that cover it.
